AGB STECH Standard Product Warranty

All authentic AGB STECH memory modules, solid-state drives (SSDs), memory cards, USB drives, and chips are backed by our manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under standard, intended operating conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The Warranty Will Not Apply Under These Circumstances

Please carefully review the conditions below. Products showing damage or malfunctions resulting from any of the following circumstances are strictly exempt from warranty replacement, repairs, or refund claims.

Clause (1)

Natural Disasters, Accidents, Vandalism & Improper Use / Installation

Malfunctions or damage that is caused by natural disasters, accidents, acts of vandalism, and improper use (products not used in accordance with the product's description, product design, or as a fixture or for testing purposes, such as continuous plugging and unplugging, etc.), improper installation (e.g. on equipment that is not compatible or not in compliance with the product's design, etc.).

Includes stress-testing fixtures, incompatible motherboards/slots, and physical accident damage.
Clause (2)

Misuse, Alterations, Disassembly & Unlicensed Software on SSDs

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or alterations by customer. And also if any kind of pirated and unlicensed software is installed in the SSD.

Strictly prohibits firmware tampering, PCB modifications, and pirated / malware-infected software.
Clause (3)

Abnormal Environmental Conditions & Power / Voltage Issues

Product damage caused by abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or power problems such as insufficient voltage, excessive and unstable power supplies.

Includes power surges, faulty SMPS / power supply units, liquid spills, corrosion, and extreme temperatures.

Inconsistent, Damaged, Smeared or Missing Serial Numbers & Labels

Product serial number, barcode or label is inconsistent with the original or not visually identifiable to confirm the authenticity of the product, including having been modified, smeared, removed, damaged, lost.

The original factory serial barcode label must remain intact and legible on the product at all times.

How to Claim Your Warranty (RMA Process)

If your product is within the active warranty period and does not fall under any of the exclusion clauses mentioned above, please follow these simple steps to claim RMA service:

Verify warranty period and inspect that serial labels and physical hardware are completely intact.

Prepare Invoice

Keep your original purchase receipt, tax invoice, and product serial number ready for validation.

Contact Support

Reach out to our customer care or authorized distributor to initiate an RMA service ticket.

Inspection & Return

Safely package and deliver the item to our service centre for verification and replacement.
